When should we get you involved?
Early is best. For a new build, speak to us before the slab is poured. For an existing floor, we’ll start with an assessment.
Can you polish an existing slab?
Often, yes. The slab’s condition and original mix influence the result. Send a few photos and we’ll talk through what’s possible.
Is exposure the same as gloss?
No. Exposure describes how much aggregate is revealed through grinding. Sheen describes how the surface reflects light. We’ll discuss both to suit your project.
Will my floor look exactly like a sample?
Every slab is different. The mix and how it was placed shape the final appearance. Samples are a guide to the finish, rather than an exact match.
What is Pavilion?
Pavilion is our ground and acid-etched concrete finish, and our only outdoor option. We’ll assess the slab and discuss its suitability for your space.
